Updated and revised?

This new kindle edition is supposed to be updated and revised; but the introduction found in the old edition is missing! This edition begins directly by chapter1. its price is higher than the old one ( approximately the double).
For the content, I'm still reading it. I just put 3 stars so this review could be submitted.
